Shipping:

Ground Shipping Shipping time ranges from 2-8 business days depending on your location. This does NOT include order processing. Regular shipping charges apply to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and are determined by the total value of your order. Please see the chart below. Fabric is available at a discounted shipping rate.

Hawaii & Alaska: There is an additional $12 shipping surcharge for orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

Canada: Many of our products are available for shipment to Canada, but there are some exclusions. Please contact us with your address and item(s) you wish to order and we will be happy to provide a shipping quote.

 *NOTE* - The personalized wooden gift items, such as the wooden name puzzles and stepstools, require an additional shipping fee due to the size and weight. These items are excluded from the free shipping promotion and have higher rates than those shown in the above table. Please refer to the product description for more information.

Returns Policy:

Many items on our site are made-to-order. Due to the custom, personalized nature of the items on our site, we cannot accept any returns on personalized items. All sales are final.

Personalized Items: Items that are personalized may not be returned. If the item is defective, you must report the defect within 7 days of receipt of your order. The Cute Kiwi will replace the item at no cost to you. If there is an error on the personalization that is the fault of The Cute Kiwi, the item will be replaced at no cost to you. When you place your order, you must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your item. If the personalization on the item matches the personalization information The Cute Kiwi received on your order, the item will not be accepted for replacement. If the item has been discontinued and cannot be replaced, a like item will be substituted.

Defective & Damaged Products: If you receive any product from The Cute Kiwi that is manufacturer defective or is damaged during shipment, The Cute Kiwi will exchange the unusable product for you without charge. A digital picture may be requested to validate the claim.

Non-Personalized Items: Items that are not personalized may be returned up to 10 days after delivery. We only accept returns on unopened unused items in the original pacakging with the original tags attached. Please submit a contact form for return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Privacy Policy:

The Cute Kiwi takes your privacy seriously. The Cute Kiwi collects personal information when you purchase with thecutekiwi.com or when you sign up for the Newsletter. The Cute Kiwi does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested when we have your permission. The Cute Kiwi may be required by law to share your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, to establish or exercise our legal rights to defend against legal claims, or when we believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of The Cute Kiwi Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law. The Cute Kiwi may transfer information about you if The Cute Kiwi is acquired by or merged with another company.

The Cute Kiwi limits access to personal information to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are in place that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.
